Very clean and modern place, beautiful view of lake from room. Nice pool and really good restaurant and cafe. Bikes were in great condition to use in evening and go all around the lake.

I have stayed here 4 times before 2007 2009 2010 and 2013 Then it was good but getting old This time very surprised . All changed . Everything new . Absolutely fantastic Staff are friendly . English not that good but I speak Thai so OK The bungalow was simply superb . Very quiet With the location you need to have a car (or motorbike) to get around . I have car so OK Traffic in Trat and surrounds very light so very easy Just over an hours drive to Had Lek .Some nice beaches on the way to have a relaxing lunch on the beach , Ban Chuean beach recommended About halfway between Trat and Had Lek The resort is a great place to have a relaxing 3 or 4 or 5 days

New hotel, very clean, fresh AC. The architecture of the place is very delicate. Salt water pool with super chill surroundings. It's calm and quiet so u can hear the birds and the wind in the trees. Very chill to just hangout there. Great coffee and the personnel are so sweet and kind. Order food with Line man. We stayed for a week and took many day trips with the motorbike to the island Koh Chang. Highly recommended! Best resort in Thailand.

Fantastic little hotel with awesome pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though they double all speak much English. We stayed here for one night before heading off to Koh Kood. Had a great dinner in town and too much beer.

Beautiful location! Best pool we ever tried. The bungalows are new and very stylish decored. Bed is comfy. AC is great - easily keeps a comfortable temperature without being noisy. View from the bungalows is beautiful as well. The garden/common area is tropic and serene. Food in the restaurant very good! Pen and her partner/the hosts are so nice! You instantly feel like a friend of the house. Would def return!

The hotel is not far from the ferry port and is on a quieter side of the island set in beautiful gardens right on the beach. Owners are very friendly and welcoming as is their lovely staff. We stayed in the downstairs seafront bungalow and it was well appointed and had a feel of being private. Room/bed/bathroom all very comfortable. The restaurant was great for breakfast and delicious curries etc. A great place to get away from it all. Motorbikes are available for a reasonable price to explore the island.

Serenity Resort Koh Chang is situated in Ko Chang, 1.5 km from Centrepoint Ferry. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and communal pool that overlooks the sea.

Exceptionel service, crazy good food, the view, the nicest staff, the awesome location and the luxurious villa we lived in was amazing. The vibe at this place fits its name - truly serinity :) We love this place and will for sure be coming back again
