I had such a wonderful stay at Ilica Hotel. From the very beginning, the team made me feel truly welcome and cared for. A very special thank you goes to Zeynep from Guest Relations — she was incredibly attentive, always available to help, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. She made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued friend. The spa was absolutely fantastic — beautifully designed, relaxing, and with excellent treatments that left me feeling refreshed and recharged. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall service throughout the hotel was excellent — warm, professional, and always with a smile. I truly recommend Ilica Hotel to anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great service, and a bit of luxury. I can’t wait to come back again!

The service and staff involved with cleaning the rooms were amazing!!! Breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful too.

We had a perfect romantic holiday with my girlfriend in this place. It's not overcrowded, quite cosy. The food is delicious. Our general impression is magnificent! The hotel is very convenient! The personnel is gentle and helpful, they speak English fairly well.

Customer service was impeccable. We had an issue they resolved it by moving us to a different room.

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Also we were very satisfied with rooms/facilities and location.

The hotel is very stylish, and has recently redecorated (everything from the bed to the TV and fridge were recently installed.)The room was spotless. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful (especially Gizem, who also kindly provided us with suggestions when we asked). Lastly, the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide array of options to choose from. We are very thankful for the warm welcoming and the hospitality from everyone at Venzi!

A very nice hotel in a beautiful location, everything is within walking distance. The Dolmus station to Alacati and Ilica is a 10-minute walk, and the Dolmus station to Altinkum Beach and Pirlanta is 20 minutes away. There is a large market across from the hotel. The breakfast is varied. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I’ve stayed in Nova Butik Hotel with my partner for a week and we’ve been really enjoying the quality of the hotel room, hotel facilities and spectacular see view from our balcony. The stuff in the hotel is helpful and caring. Especially the big impact on our experience has been done by Malik at reception who made our stay comfortable making feel us like at home by personal and friendly approach, giving us advices about must-visit locations around the city, helping to arrange our day adjusting for us few services in the hotel and always promptly reacting on any request. Moreover he speaks few languages, what makes him a valuable link between all the departments of the hotel. We strongly advise Nova Boutique hotel for stay and would love to come back there again in future.

Stayed with my partner for 1 week and had an excellent stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious and lovely decorated. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee and fridge provided in room. Pool/ dining area were exceptional. Best thing about this hotel was the very attentive staff, no request was too much for them. Breakfast was very good and chef and waiting staff were amazing. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay, was sad to leave. Will book again when in Alacati and would recommend to anyone else visiting the area. Thank you ariel hotel for making my holiday feel very special.

The staff were very attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They gave recommendations for beaches and loaned us an umbrella. The room was nice despite being a little older. The breakfast provided had a plentiful and large variety. The pool provided a good alternative to swimming at the beach on windy days.

Uber cool rooms with a lot of thought put into design, one of the coolest places I've stayed in a while, dynamic and comfortable hotel with a great view of the sea. The chef does wonders and overall a wonderful hotel for young people & couples, with a great vibe + cool music. Staff super helpful and friendly, always trying their best to help you. The owners also own the Fun Beach, the best beach club in the area, as hotel customers you're allowed to enter free to the beach club. The sea and the beach are both incredible, new lounges and parasols, plenty of space between lounges so you don't knock your neighbors drink down when you get up. On the beach, plenty of grass and sand, also a restaurant if you would like to have dinner, also tables help if you need to work :D Staff again was super friendly, helping out everyone, busy bees carrying drinks + plates all day and always smiling! The beach has live music performances on one side of the sand late in the afternoon, in a cute club on one side of the beach, nothing loud but chill jazzy club vibes. It's quite fun and low-key, where you can grab a drink and enjoy a late afternoon dance, whilst you make friends.

The staff were very helpful. They helped us with directions and made a phone call to reserve transportation for our transfer.

The people are very friendly and the direct view of the room to the pool while eating breakfast is very nice. The pool is very nice too.

Very well-maintained apartment — everything is clean and feels brand new. Easy to access, located right next to the main road. The keyless entry system works perfectly, and the manager is always available and helpful. Warm recommendations!

Everything, location was perfect, short distance frome the beautiful little town, harbour and beach, everyone is so welcoming. Perfect traditional hamman also 10 mins walk for the perfect scrub and massage all for 750TL pp. The apartment was spotless and staff really couldn't do enough for you, so helpful and always someone around. Beds were comfy, great WiFi, pool clean, rooms, towels and beds all done daily. Honestly for the price I was so pleasantly surprised. We would definitely recommend and 100% be back next year. The most chilled out weeks we have ever had. Oh and the boat trips are a must. We went twice "Lady Bente" amazing day out.

Modern clean apartments at reasonable price and Cesme and Alacati and Izmir all reachable within driving distance. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and storage was definitely no issue in the apartment. Staff available any time and they were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay
