The staff and dedication to detail was outstanding. The place is very well taken care of and the food was excellent. We got upgraded to the newly built rooms. The area was quiet and the balcony was overlooking the sea. We felt like we were in paradise!! They made a big effort to make it eco friendly, which we loved. We will definitely go back! Thank you to all the staff for an unforgettable experience

Very quiet location and very close to the ocean. The food was very good with fresh fruits and juices daily but what I loved was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. I would definitely come back here again.

Wonderful staff, excellent beds and a very nice swimming pool. The chef made some very good meals and the room was very spacious and very new. The staff is also very helpful if you want to explore the island. I can highly recommend Mafia Dream Hotel if you are looking for a place at Mafia Island.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kileleni. It’s a great little hotel, the perfect place to chill out or enjoy the island from. The rooms and grounds are beautifully looked after and the pool is a great spot for a dip. The food was all very nice but the best thing about the place was definitely the staff. Ali and his crew were so kind and friendly, there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Mafia Island.

The location on the beach, the amazing bungalow with the view of the ocean. The beautiful gardens with unexpected treasures such as being visited by monkeys. It was right next door to a whale shark experience operation that I had booked a trip on. Beyond all this however what makes this property so special was the service provided by the staff. They we so welcoming and friendly, we felt at home straight away. The manager William (apologies if I spelt this wrong) knew the names of all the guests and over our 3 day stay we had many conversations. We were told the total occupancy was for 32 that made our short stay a big change for the hotel we were staying at in Zanzibar. The dining areas and bars felt very intimate and it was lovely and peaceful. My wife had a massage that she described as one of the best she has ever had accomanied by lapping waves from the ocean. The food was a set menu of several choices but the chef took time to go round the guests and ask if someone did not like the choices, alternative meals specially cooked would be provided. The meals were delicous. I needed to visit a doctors on a health issue and was shuttled to the surgery by the hotel team who helpfully arranged an appointment. The hotel has a water sports and dive centre attached to another hotel on the opposite side of Mafia. We did a sunset cruise from there and the sunset view was spectacular. Our greatest regret was having to leave the hotel after 3 days. We are already considering returning for a longer stay.

Tha staff was extremely nice and helpful, we felt them like close friends. We booked a twin room, but we got at the same price a family room, which was very large, with 2 bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms and living room. The mattresses of the beds were firm and we slept very good. Every evening they sprayed the rooms (if you want) with antimosquito substances. The staff helped us with all the trips we wanted to make, they arranged perfect everything for us. The location is very quiet and perfect for trips in marine park, it is close to the airport and the main city of the island. During one day trip we saw the northen part of the island, which has beautiful white sand beaches. Everything was perfect, the food, the room, the bar, the swimming pool and the staff was amazing! We thank everyone very much and we hope to see them again!❤️
