It felt safe and secure, very cozy and had everything needed.

We liked the location and the many options of things to do. The pool was really nice and the staff was excellent.

Comfortable beds. It was clean. Staff were kind. Area felt safe and was accessible to everything we needed. And the AC unit worked fabulously (I usually experience AC units that work poorly so I look for this in a good hotel.) Would stay again.

Everything was clean and the workers where friendly

Staff was very personable & helped me navigate some questions about my room. The room had very nice furniture & bed linens. It was much nicer than the online photos. Also, the hotel appears to be new & everything was fresh & clean. There were more amenities in the room than was listed online: hair dryer, iron & ironing board, Keurig-style coffee maker with a variety of pods. I had a patty melt & fries in The Bracket pub. The burger had a nice charbroiled flavor & the bread exterior & fries were nice & crispy. The lobby had several large white cabinets with snacks, including ice cream. There was also a "Farmer" vending machine with things like "salad in a jar." I did not get the breakfast plan because I had plans elsewhere. They have a "medical" price plan since there are so many people that drive or fly in for treatment at one of the many medical centers.

I absolutely love this facility,,. The black lady that serve in the down stairs bar area… she has an accent, she was very unfriendly and in professional…

We loved that it was pet friendly, accessible, and the breakfast was 🔥 Ms./Mrs. Ebony was an exceptional employee. She deserves a raise. She was very professional & attentive to the guest needs/wants.

Staff was very accommodating during our stay. Facilities were absolutely amazing. We were there for my husbands surgery, he is currently in a wheelchair, and our room was exactly what we needed. It was a quick check-in. The parking garage was a plus since we couldn't get his cast wet, and it rained our entire stay.

Front desk staff was incredibly kind and polite upon checking in. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. Breakfast provided as part of the stay was good. Shuttle service to the airport was a great addition as I was flying out the next day.

This place was amazing and has spoiled me from any other hotel chain!! Free dinner and breakfast!! Both meals were amazing! Room was very spacious and comfy!

I really enjoy my stay, i was locking for clean, good free parking, and good customer service and i got all of what i wanted. The cookies was so good and warm!!!!! way to go with that.

It had great security so that you had good privacy. They should update the photos because the rooms were much cleaner than expected with newer sheets, etc..
