Friendly staff, clean environment

The TV had a welcome message with my name on it making me feel special and welcomed!

The location was perfect and parking was a breeze. There were plenty of options.

Facility was clean and staff were very professional.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They had a covered parking deck and a nice lounge area. The room was cozy and perfectly clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

I must say that for my first time visiting Nashville, it was really really nice. The hotel was excellent, the area was great. Oh I must say that Mr. Ralph catered to all of our needs. He also told us about certain areas that we could of visited while we were there. This was a great experience for us. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Love Mr. Ralph. You know would stood out and I must say I was impressed. My name was on the TV in our rooms. Our rooms was nice really nice. Lots of space. Comfortable and clean. Keep up the great work to all of you.

The staff was responsive and accommodating. We traveled during a significant power outage and the hotel was very full and the staff managed it very well.

I like the cleanliness of the room

Let me start w the Front Desk Supervisor, Kiemion Dotson. Cheerful, clearly loves his job and people and it shows in the property. Room was way more than we expected. Kitchenette, dishes and glassware. Full size coffee maker. Certainly a place to stay for a week. King bed, slept oh so good. Nice pillows. Seating area, very comfy. Tasteful decor. And clean, very important. Breakfast was very good, I'm still giggling over the pancake machine.

The property was clean enough. It was modern and convenient. It was quiet until the middle of the night.

The hotel is located in the area we frequent, has great covered parking and friendly staff. The breakfast was actually good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are no negatives that I can think of
