I have stayed at many places in Southampton. This place was great. Parking right out front. Rooms are large bright and clean. Bathroom is a good size. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Water and coffee maker. Toiletries. Lobby with fireplace and staff very friendly. Walking distance to everything in Southampton. It was a pleasure.

Charlene and her husband are amazing hosts, very nice and helpful people. They will fix anything you need to enjoy your stay. The resort has just been renovated so everything is new. Its location is also ideal as it is a small bicycle ride away from East Hampton and the beach.

Don’t be deceived by the photos, this B&B is so much better in-person. It’s tastefully decorated (the owner Beth is a gallery owner from Soho) and impeccably clean. We had the best two nights in this place with a wonderful bathtub and the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing too, shoutout to the croissants, pain au chocolat, goat camembert, and apple butter. Beth was such an amazing host and we will definitely be back in the future!
