Room extremely dirty. Black long hair in bathroom-not ours! Mirror had streaks on it. Broken lock fixed wrong. Clothing closet missing handle. Refrigerator door wouldn’t close so it was defrosting. Pool not open. Cost was unacceptable for the room!
Positive: good breakfast. I did tell receptionist about my issues. This should be deleted from your sight.
