Hotels with Pools in Cedar Rapids

Beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet atmosphere. Restaurant right beside hotel.

The staff was great bathroom wasnt the cleanest they gave us a new room!

Excellent evening front desk staff member went the extra mile in helpfulness. Good breakfast which morning staff member opened early as I had to leave at 4 am. Very good staff interactions and great shuttle driver who helped me with two flat tires when I returned to pick up car with their Park n Fly service.

Arrived 10:30 pm had to wait tell 11:35 to get in room They had no cleaned rooms Front desk finally went and cleaned it for me he was great Tv didn’t work food was cold

Staff was friendly and that’s why i gave it a 10. This place is overdue for a remodel. I didn’t do much in the hotel because the lobby area where people should Be gathering with a bar and restaurant was closed the whole time. Granite it was Thanksgiving but that’s a time to stay in the hotel and it would have been nice. Also it was hard for your skeleton staff to bring me towels so it was an inconvenience having to grab them myself. Just a few things but overall great stay.

The hotel itself was very nice but I thought the staff was just outstanding I think that's what makes the place but in my eyes the staff is what makes your stay it's not the hotel.

The property seems to be under remodeling, I guess we should have made aware of it before reserving a room

All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Kids even got gift bags upon arrival for St.Patty's Day!
