It was a total accident staying at this hotel. Our JetBlue flight cancelled out of JFK and the only alternative was to rebook from Islip airport the following day. All I can say is I wish we had booked this hotel instead of Times Square where we stayed initially. This hotel and the professionalism of the staff, restored our faith in NYC.
