United StatesThe staff went out of their way to help us out. We wanted to watch a specific basketball game, so we called ahead to see if they had that particular network that the game would be on. The staff member checked and made sure that was the case. We asked for a recommendation on a pizza location. She again came through. She greeted me by name when I checked in. Excellent service in Payson.

Beautiful interior! Loved the lodge cabin feel. Gorgeous outside with ponderosa pines through out the property. There are rooms for singles and couples and individual cabins for families. Wonderful amenities swimming pool , hiking , fishing. etc…

The location was great. Breakfast didn’t look good so we left and had breakfast at a local restaurant. Room was very dark. Not much lighting and there were thick curtains. Bed lumpy and uncomfortable. No towels by the pool. Pool needs repairs. Best part was the shower and the patio.

The breakfast was adequate and clean and tidy. The pool was very good and enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet location and close to restaurants.

Location is great, the hotel has a pool and hot tub which we used. Laurie on reception and breakfast duty is a lovely, friendly, helpful lady.

I love the lodge and all of the amenities including swimming pool and spa, bocce ball, pickle ball and more, but especially the access to Tonto Creek. Also the restaurant is a little expensive but very good!
