It was lovely and clean. Decor was lovely. Pool and surrounding area was great and a huge outdoor lounge area with comfortable chairs. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check in early and managed to get a later check out as well

This hotel was a complete disappointment. Our room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, water damage, and an extremely strong humidity and mold odor coming from the wall above the air conditioning unit, where there was also visible mold. We requested a room change the same day, but we were told there were no available rooms, leaving us no choice but to leave and book another hotel at the last minute — which ended up costing us more because of the short notice. We are still waiting for a refund either from Booking or from the hotel, but we have not received any response. I use Booking at least twice a month, and this experience has caused significant inconvenience, especially due to the lack of support. The hotel is extremely poorly maintained. Even the elevator doors made a terrible noise every time they opened and closed. I do not recommend this property at all.

The location was easy to access and the surroundings were quiet, with a pleasant terrace in front of the hotel. The rooms felt more like dormitory-style accommodation — quite large and long, but very impersonal. There was an unpleasant smell, although it was acceptable for a one-night stay. We booked two rooms and asked if they could be close to each other, but unfortunately this could not be arranged. As mentioned, it is a solid option for one night, but not more than that.

Best Western Plus Hardeeville Inn & Suites is 1.5 km from downtown Hardeeville. Guests can start their day with a complimentary breakfast and then take a dip in the pool.
