We loved our stay here! The resort is beautifully decorated, spacious and located only a short distance to the park. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was a great size and very clean.

Love that it was located in the heart of pigeon Forge so you could walk to a lot of restaurants, shows and shopping. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

The customer service is exceptional, always willing to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the facilities, in general, were of high quality. Without a doubt, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free experience.

I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the ducks in the water. The bed was very comfortable. The roomwas very clean. You have a frig and a coffee pot. But no micro wave but plenty of resturants near by and even in walking distance.

Our room was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The free continental breakfast was more like a buffet and it was excellent. This will be our place in the future :-)

The staff is amazing! The facility is newly renovated & very clean rooms. We were on the river with a beautiful view. This was affordable & a wonderful stay. We will be back next time we visit the Smokies!

It was a clean and calm environment with good amenities. The people working the welcome cabin were absolutely lovely and very helpful with directions, recommendations and general questions. The cabin is VERY centric so you’re close to most things or make good time.
