Facilities were fantastic, gym and pool are excellent. All staff were great, reception staff super helpful. Would suggest to anyone with the budget. First time in Caracas and was pleasantly surprised. Extra points for stocking Auqa De Palma as the toiletries. Food was also superb.

Location was excellent, in a seemingly safe suburb with many good restaurants in easy walking distance. Metro station is close, although the staff recommended that I don’t use it. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful (although they didn’t speak English).

Featuring a panoramic rooftop swimmimg pool, a sauna room and modern fitness facilities, the Renaissance Caracas is conveniently located just 2 blocks from Altamira subway station.
