I honestly couldn’t fault this place. The couple who run this place are absolute gems and provided me with a departing gift off cookies when I left. The facilities are absolutely lovely as well and super clean. Both the bed and pillows were super comfy as well. Will definitely be coming back.

After seeing the photos i booked more nights than I was planning to spend in Ninh Binh and after arriving, I stayed even more days. This is extraordinary place - beautiful, peaceful with amazing hosts, that are ready to help you with everything. The food at their restaurant is great too, so I didn’t even go to eat anywhere else, tasty food with a plenty of fresh fruits at every meal. The place is super clean with the cleanest pool I have seen! Thank you for everything!

Truly exceptional service! We arrived super early having taken the bus from Sapa (around 5.30am), and were greeted by the night caretaker who despite not speaking ANY English, found a way to accommodate us to get a quick nap in before check-in (storage room; even passed us towels to shower). Truly incredible as an experience. Following this, our check in was accomplished by 10am - this is also exceptional given check in is actually 2pm. Beyond this exceptional level of service and accommodation from the wonderful staff, the room itself was very comfortable, large and clean.
