We enjoyed an absolutely wonderful stay with two amazing hosts on this beautiful farm. We experienced a warm and friendly welcome, a full array of drinks and bites in the bar room, a delicious fine dining experience and an extremely comfortable sleep in our rooms. This would have been more than enough for a great experience, but when you throw in the historic building and grounds, the Appaloosa horses, swimming pool, braai area and peace and calm that this stunning farm offers…you want to stay a lot longer than originally planned. Thanks Carla and Fred! We’d love to visit again.

The view was amazing. Enjoyed the bird life, giraffe, zebra & other animal sightings. The pool and other amenities down at the river were good. Our cabin was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed.

Beautiful location on the Kowie River. The room was very clean and the perfect size for a family of four. The bathroom was big and the beds were comfy. It was nice to have our own bbq facilities too.
