The house is in a quiet residential area with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. It’s very close to Noordhoek beach. The house is beautiful. Very spacious and extremely well fitted out. Lovely pool area with plenty of seating. Avril, who manages the house was extremely kind, and always around if we had a question.

Location is very close to Noordhoek beach in quiet residential area. Restaurants and bars close to the property within walking distance. Great pool and outdoor seating areas in very large garden. The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was so enjoyable.

Location is superb with a wine farm for wine tastings ( and a great restaurant) next door & Noordhoek Farm village within walking distance where you can get freshly baked bread daily as well as a wonderful breakfast. The beach is a short drive away as are numerous excellent restaurants. Cape Town itself is only a 30 minute drive away along the wonderful scenic Chapmans Peak Road. All the basics like toiletries , tea/coffee , condiments, tin foil & even a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge are supplied by the owners & its worth taking stock of what is provided before doing a food shop as it saves buying a lot of items that you would only use a small amount of during your stay.

The atmosphere the quality of the furnishings and the overall experience is more than excellent. We loved it. Ilse and her staff are very friendly and her hospitality is so welcoming. Thank you for this wonderful relaxing time.

The villa was spacious and comfortable with a lovely indoor-outdoor connection. The views were spectacular from every single room and space in the house and it was never too cold or too hot. The bedrooms felt private and every room has its own bathroom which really elevated the experience. The house was stocked with coffee and treats for us on arrival and the kitchen has every appliance we would’ve needed to prepare a wonderful meal for multiple guests. The best part of our experience was the two housekeepers, Ephi and Moddy, who took the greatest care of us during our stay. From tidying up for us to making sure we had everything we needed and we were comfortable, they felt like family.

I loved the location. The hotel was so clean, the breakfast spread was amazing and their dinner menu was tasty. The staff were all so friendly and kind.

It truly offers so much more than you’d expect—every little detail has been considered, making it easy to settle in and feel at home immediately. The location is fantastic—convenient, accessible, and perfectly suited for both business and relaxation. On top of that, the area feels very safe, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. What really stands out is the incredible value for money. You get far more than what you pay for, which is rare to find these days. All in all, this was an exceptional stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure, and I will definitely be back.

The home is very cozy and well-equipped. It offers an excellent view of the mountains, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is close to convenience stores, KFC, and other restaurants. An excellent place to relax and spend quality time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This property is impeccably furnished! Every little detail is so gorgeous, luxurious and comfortable. It really feels like you’re staying in a luxurious friend’s home and have been entrusted with all the beautiful art and ornaments in the home. The location is so safe and secure with a great pool and gym. Cute boutiques, cafes and restaurants are a short walk as are the many tidal pools (reef shoes are recommended for these). It’s a beautiful 15-20 minute walk to Fish Hoek beach. Supermarkets are a 10 minute drive. We definitely hope to be back at the Majestic soon!

Lovely big house, great facilities & helpful staff. House was very modern & had air conditioning which was great! Pool was great and everything well looked after. Staff were great at helping with any issues we had and were very accommodating & flexible with our luggage and departure time.

We had wonderful holidays in Manor and really enjoyed the stay. Initially we booked a room for 2 x nights but ended up staying 5 x nights. The hotel is just great: interior is beautiful and authentic (my recommendation is Zulu room), lovely lobby and outstanding restaurant serving breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Food quality is fantastic and prices are good. I would like to highlight the staff that was just great and helpful, especially the waiters in the restaurant! We would definitely like to come back one day!

Very lovely place to stay. Need a car to get around but some really lovely places close by. Room was great (and got an upgrade), log burners are a nice touch and needed in the winter months we found.
