This place is spectacular. Stunning views, a hot tub that sits cliffside and overlooks the valley, incredibly friendly staff and amazing food. It was the perfect peaceful escape with a gorgeous little trail and fully embedded in nature. Far enough away for a full disconnect but still in good proximity from the wine estates.

Our stay at Mountainview Vineyards in Langeberg was absolutely exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Nestled among rolling vineyards and dramatic mountain scenery, the setting is breathtakingly beautiful and instantly calming. Every morning we woke up to sweeping views, fresh country air, and a sense of complete tranquility. The accommodation was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully maintained, blending comfort with rustic elegance. Every detail felt intentional, from the cozy interiors to the well-equipped amenities that made our stay effortless and relaxing. One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool, perfectly positioned to soak in the mountain and vineyard views. It was the ideal place to cool off during the day and unwind while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The owners Marlise and Villem deserve special mention — they are truly kind, warm, and incredibly hospitable. They made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their sincerity and passion for the farm shine through in everything they do, and it’s clear that Mountainview Vineyards is a reflection of their care and heart. We were also deeply impressed by the farm workers, who were friendly, respectful, and always eager to assist. Their helpfulness and positive attitude added so much to the overall experience. Central location in the town, beautiful relaxing garden & secluded pool. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. The room was lovely, spacious, clean, with en-suite shower & very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast!

Location, service, communication from Sandi and Modester, amenities, star gazing, relaxation, braai pit, swimming pool, all bedrooms had their own on suite bathrooms.

Wonderful host! Great location so we could walk around the town. A lovely pool to swim in. Plenty space to store our bikes. Fantastic breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay here on Christmas Eve.

Greyton is a lovely town with great atmosphere. The Potters Inn and it's cottages was a comfortable and central place. Beautiful garden with sun loungers and chaors to sit around the pool. Pub beer and food delicious. Amy was very responsive to any enquires and on our forst visit upgraded us to a cottage, we only had 1 night so we returned for another 3 at the end of our visit. We loved it and will return again!!

We had an exceptional stay at 26 on Bree. From the moment we arrived, Linda was incredibly welcoming and settled us in perfectly. We felt absolutely spoiled by the complimentary snacks and bottle of local wine, which we enjoyed on the spacious veranda.The accommodation is so beautiful, and comfortable that we decided to stay in for the evening rather than eat out. With ample secure off-street parking, sparkling blue swimming pool and beautiful garden this a really a gem! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

The setting was breathtaking. This is a beautiful, rustic but well designed and decorated space. Every need was catered for. The plunge pool was an added bonus. The evening light brought out the colour's of the fynbos, and on one windless night, there was a landscape of magical stars.
