The property is located in a verdant residential area of the town: a 30-minute walk from the bus terminal and main restaurant area. Firstly, credit to the staff- especially Leandro and his female colleague whose name unfortunately I didn't catch- for being so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect- provided you understand it is in the 'jungle' and not in town- for us it perfectly suited our needs. Lots of wildlife can be seen from the hotel and the setting amid the forest is superb. The pool area is beautiful, the breakfast more than adequate and the room extremely comfortable and spacious. The place had an unexpectedly luxurious feel and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended and I'd love to return.
