In general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

Tremendous service and hospitality from front desk and breakfast staff. We've stayed at this hotel before and continued to be impressed by the customer focus and the quality/cleanliness of the room and facilities. Location is excellent with access to the old town and cable car in just a few meters. Breakfast is outstanding and the team uses regional products from local makers. Sauna areas is nice and views from the hotel patio are great.
