Realmente todo en este hotel , es de calidad y casi todo se merece las 5 estrellas. -La cena era más que perfecta, una de las mejores cenas buffet , que hemos visto. Bastante variedad y de calidad. -Las instalaciones muy completas, el servicio excepcional… Por lo que solo puedo darle la enhorabuena al hotel, ya que difícilmente se encuentra hotel con tan buen servicio. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación, por respeto al hotel , no voy a decir cuál fue , porque en menos de 10 minutos, el personal lo soluciono. En cualquier lado puede haber un imprevisto, pero la forma de reaccionar y la rapidez , definen la calidad. Es un hotel para niños ! Hay piscina infantil exterior y interior , hay actividades para niños , hay de todo para niños. NO lo aconsejo para parejas. El restaurante del hotel (para el almuerzo), es más que accesible, lo recomiendo. Nuestra habitación era insonorizada, y aún así , oíamos gritos de niños(y padres).

The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail in the room décor made it feel luxurious and serene. The food was exceptional – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with real passion. Dinner was a culinary highlight each evening, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of high-quality options, from fresh fruits to warm dishes and pastries. There was something for every taste, and everything was delicious. The spa and pool areas were absolutely divine. Crystal-clear pools, relaxing loungers, and a soothing atmosphere made it easy to disconnect from the outside world. Whether swimming, relaxing in the spa, or enjoying the wellness treatments, we left feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed.

I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Veligrand.👌🏼 There are a lot of options and things to do in order to relax (inside and outside pools, saunas, hammam etc.) 🧖🏼‍♀️. The food is also very good. All in all the hotel is worth the visit and it is value for money.

This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. While Velingrad hotels are very overpriced this one is an exception. Just book a renovated room and you’ll enjoy it. Most importantly the staff here is extremely nice and caring

Kashmir Wellness & SPA is the perfect place to spend some full relax days in the middle of the woods. What I enjoyed most: 1 - The location > Unlikely, most of the other Hotels in Velingrad, Kashmir is a gem in the nature, I truly appreciated all the green surrounding the structure. 2 - The Staff > All the staff in the hotel is well-mannered and helpful, with a special mention to the waiters in the restaurant. 3 - The Spa > Without any doubt the best SPA I've been in Velingrad. The SPA area in the middle of the wood is a huge plus, and a great experience. 4 - The food > Kudos to the chef! The food quality and the great selection of dishes was really exceptional. 5 - The Room > Our room was great, with a lovely balcony, and very well furnished.
