This is an amazing, new hotel. In the rooms smells like fresh and new. The SPA and pools are great. The whole team is very kind. The food in the restautant is exquisite. The view from the hotel to Tsari Mali Grad is impressive. We had a wonderful experience.

Very beautiful Hotel with spa that is perfect. All the procedure was pleasure. The pools was clean and with different temperature. The rooms was comfort mattress .very good food on high expecting. Breakfast like a five star hotel.

Everything was clean. Room was cosy and comfortable. Staff was nice and polite. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. It was great at two meals. I'm very impressed that they leave child slippers and bathrobe in our room for our daughter. I've stayed lots of hotels around the world. Mostly five stars hotels. But never experienced this level of care. It made us very happy.

The parking area is next to the hotel. Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!
