I recently stayed at Ritz Residence, IMAGO Mall (Loft B) and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The moment I entered, I was greeted by an atmosphere of pure cleanliness and refined comfort. Every part of the residence was impeccably maintained — spotless floors, fresh linens, and a level of care that truly sets it apart. What impressed me most was how generous they were with amenities. From high-quality toiletries to thoughtful touches that made the stay smoother and more enjoyable, everything was well-planned and top-notch. The apartment is very modern, clean, has lots of natural light, has good pressure in the shower, strong wifi connection with personal router in the room, big TV with Netflix, a great view, and is very comfortable and safe. It’s handy having a washing machine and also a kitchenette here with a large fridge too. There is still some construction happening in the building however we haven’t found it to be an issue. The location is quite central too and walking distance to a few malls as well as restaurants and bars. There are also many options to have food delivered to the building using Grab. The host, CK, has gone above and beyond for us during our stay here. From picking us up at the airport, to sending through tons of recommendations, answering messages almost instantly, as well as stocking the fridge with water and Coca Cola, we cannot speak more highly of him. He has been absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend this room to anyone coming to KK. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended twice!

This villa is located directly at the beach with an amazing view. You have your own veranda, sun beds and a pool. Inside it is spacious, very clean and with a beautiful interior. Nathan our host was lovely, warm and welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed - be it laundry, a transportation, backbacks storage or recommendation for food or sightseeing.
