Such an amazing place to stay for our vacation! The rooms were very comfortable, with cleanliness at the highest level. The hosts were very nice and responsive, and the check-in was easy.

The host was friendly, the room was neat, and Signal Hill Observatory was within walking distance for great city views.

I love almost everything about this place. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We stayed at Ritz Residence for 4 nights and it was our best stay in Malaysia so far. From the beginning the communication was excellent and we got provided with useful details as to what address exactly to type in the Grab app and how go get in the building. The room is beautiful and modern and it was spotlessly cleaned and smelled really nice. The whole stay was a joy, they kelt checking on us making sure we were happy with everything. There are two pools and a gym also and a bit if a playground for kids. We swam there every day and exercised a little. Thank you for everything to all the Ritz Residence staff and hopefully see you again in the future.

The room was large and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was abundant with a huge variety, and the staff were very kind, attentive, warm. We loved it. The swimming pool was decent, nothing special.

It was very comfortable for our family of five to stay here. With three bedrooms, everyone slept well and comfortably. After the Sapi Island tour, we were able to do laundry thanks to the washing machine, which was very convenient. The place was clean, hot water worked well, and the air conditioning functioned properly. Security was also good, which made us feel safe during our stay. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the Waterfront, and Gaya Street is only a 5-minute Grab ride away.

The location is secluded yet accessible, offering peace and tranquility without being too far from essential amenities. We spent our days lounging by the pool, indulging in delicious meals prepared by the in-house chef, and exploring the nearby beaches.

Clean and service are excellent

Enough for 8 pax with 2 children. Host is very helpful and the house is nicely decorated. Even if the neighbours are karaoke-ing until late at night, you can’t really hear with the doors closed unless you’re sitting outside. Very good house to stay with family.
