The waterfront Confederation Place Hotel, located in downtown Kingston on Kingston Harbour, features rooms with flat-screen cable TVs and free WiFi. The hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool. The view was beautiful. They have "hotel cart"(not sure how they are called) at the parking in the basement so you don't have to go around with your luggages. The location is beautiful, walking distance to everything. The breakfast box was great and tbh serve us as snack and half lunch later!

It's a huge facility that is a federal training centre which was built as a training facility for over 400 people. Due to massive federal government cutbacks, it is now used to train only 15-20 people. It has been converted to a hotel facility and has a restaurant, pool and other recreational equipment. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We highly recommend it. Rates are good.
