The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious and spacious.

The studio apartment has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. Full kitchen (they put all kinds of condiments in the fridge). Everything looked new and beautifully done. There is a sitting area over looking the lake. We loved our time here and would return in a heart beat. Thank you Lucia and Jordi for your amazing hospitality.

The spa area includes an indoor infinity-edge pool and a fitness room. Massages are available on request, also in the rooms. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Guests can enjoy the restaurant 57° Grill, the cosy bar, the outdoor pool, the modern leisure area with sauna, hammam and a treatment room called "Le Boudoir" by flyspa, as well as the terrace facing the lake. Fantastic breakfast, staff and room. Worth a return visit.

Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.
