The layout of the room was very practical, and the recently renovated facilities felt brand new. The breakfast offered unique and delightful options, and the dinner was equally distinctive with its local flavors. Highly recommended！

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Convenient and beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and a tasty breakfast (I especially recommend trying their homemade bircher muesli). Overall it was an amazing stay and I can 100% recommend this hotel for all your visits to Luzern.

El lujoso Park Hotel Vitznau está en la ribera del lago de Lucerna, fue renovado totalmente en 2012 y 2013, y dispone de playa privada propia, 2 restaurantes, zona de spa grande y aparcamiento... Absolutely everything, they gave us an upgrade to the master room with view to the lake. It was the best birthday gift ever. Thanks a lot!

We spent a week in the hotel in April. It is a beautiful property and a great base for walks to Hertenstein, Vitznau and to the cable car to mount Rigi. The hotel is near the ferry dock which provides an easy way to reach the many small pretty towns on the Lake Lucerne. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffet is simply delicious! It is a very good opportunity to sample local breads, cheeses and cold meat cuts, and the hostess will also cook eggs to your liking. Our room with the lake view was so pretty! Highly recommend the hotel.

Bien ubicado en el centro de Lucerna, Hotel Baslertor tiene hospedaje de 3 estrellas cerca de Lucerne Railway Station y Lion Monument. The room was nice and big, beds were comfortable. Very clean which is incredibly important to me. The pool was a treat and a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff is so friendly. The location is great, close to everything.
