Everything was amazing! The room, views from the balcony, attention to details, service, children club, Spa etc. the staff is amazing and attentive. The room is very clean. Very child friendly hotel. The best place I stayed in Switzerland by fare. Differently coming back again!

The location is extraordinary. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 4th floor, where there is a shared terrace overlooking the lake. The view is incredibly beautiful. The room, although quite small, is very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back. :)

This was the most pet friendly and comfortable and kind place I ever experienced. The staff were amazing, especially to my dog, and made sure his experience was just as relaxing and fun as mine. He didn’t want to leave. They were super respectful and always positive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. The hotel itself was the most calming environment I have ever been in, and always smelt amazing, in every room. The beds were insanely comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud and the views and air and snow were also amazing. You felt really healthy and happy here.
