Super good location to reach the national park. Extremely friendly staff, which was very helpful suggesting routes and help order food. Also the room was nice and clean.

The hotel's location is quite superb, nestled just beneath the Avatar mountains. The staff were jolly helpful – sorted our park entries and shuttle bookings without fuss. The pools are lovely for a refreshing dip, and breakfast offers a proper spread with local touches. Everything ran smoothly, must say. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The location of the hotel is convenient to enter the park, very quiet, and live back to pick up and drop off, very good! Breakfast is provided and the evening menu is a la carte and the food is quite good! The staff is also very good, affinity! Zhangjiajie is very beautiful and worth it!

I loved our room which was absolutely fantastic with a freestanding bathtub, stylish decor and beautiful views. Clean, modern and with many technical details. Even though we were unlucky with the weather and illnesses when we were here, the hotel made our stay fantastic. The staff at the reception were very service minded, friendly and helpful with everything from ordering special food and shuttle service to both the park and the bank. A woman (owner or boss?) was incredibly friendly and even drove me extra in her own car to the fruit shop and a bakery to help me buy special food for my sick daughter. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

An excellent stay experience. The room is very clean and spacious. Opening the window reveals beautiful river and mountain views. It's only a 5-minute walk to the charming Xiangxi Theatre, a 4-minute taxi ride to the landmark gate, and a 10-minute walk is sufficient. It takes about 35 minutes by taxi to Tianmen Mountain and the glass bridge of the Grand Canyon. Overall, it's very convenient, the environment is excellent, and the service is thoughtful and warm. I highly recommend staying here.
