The rooms are extremely comfortable, large, and have all amenities necessary. The location was perfect for us, having the subway next to the hotel, made it very convenient. The area is quiet, but still has many dinning options at walking distance.

This is my third time staying at Crown Plaza Suzhou and as always - Great staff, clean and well equipped hotel. Great waterfront area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. All staff spoke Chinese and English which was great. Always made to feel welcomed and looked after by door staff and reception teams.

What a beautiful place to stay. We loved everything about it and the staff. Great location and DiDi available to all places nearby and very cheap.
