Great hotel! A real jewel! Everything was just perfect. Several things make a difference in comparison with other luxury hotels. First, very elegant and stylish, with a lot of Chinese-style details. Second, great garden next to it with free access, worth visit notably at night with beautiful illumination. Third, delicious Chinese food (at breakfast). Everything else was also a high class: service, elegant room with nice bathroom, big swimming pool…

★★★★★ I had a wonderful stay over the past three days and would highly recommend this accommodation. What truly made the experience exceptional was the reception staff, especially Miki. She went above and beyond to help me set up my WeChat registration and payment, which is not easy to do in mainland China without local assistance. Without her help, I would not have been able to get it working through the Reach app, and that made a huge difference to my trip. Miki was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout. Her support made everything much smoother and more enjoyable. She is a real asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope management recognises her dedication and considers her for promotion and a more prominent role. Thank you again for such a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back.
