Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as 2026 Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide. Best hotel we have ever stayed ! We enjoyed so much the room and food ! We stayed 6 nights there . We love the location and services . Breakfast is really good with lots of choices. Room is very comfortable and luxury ! We were so spoiled there ! 7 stars!!!

Volvería a repetir.

El Kempinski Hotel Chengdu está situado en el distrito de Wuhou, a 5 minutos en coche de la estación de tren de Chengdu Sur. The location is second to none. Subway #1 is within striking distance. Though the hotel appearance looks a bit dated in the first glance, the interior is well maintained and cozy. An enjoyable stay especially for business visit purpose. Staff are of the ultimate level. I'll definitely opt to stay here for my next trip to Chengdu.
