We came for the Christmas market. Karl August is just next to it. The car park is at the underground. It is easy to carry or luggage from car park to lobby. Obviously, we did get help from the reception. Although the car park entrance is not at the hotel entrance, the reception staff was very helpful to guide us how to drive to the car park. The swimming pool, spa is clean and good. A good view from the top level corridor going to the gym.

It was easy to find a place by yourself in the upstairs infinity pools. The physiotherapist was amazing and really helped my pain levels. The food was incredible. Plentiful and of a very high and tasty standard. A seven course dinner no less and included in half board. The hotel had free e-bikes to borrow and the town was set out so perfectly for riding around. You can ride over the bridge between Germany and Austria. There were many fitness activities you could sign up for like stretching and water aerobics. I had a wonderful time. I could have stayed there another week at least!
