Situated on Aswan’s highest hill, Hotel Basma offers unique views over the River Nile. It features a terraced garden and pool deck. The Nubian Museum is right across the property. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Very spacious and comfortable room, quite and relaxing. Thanks to Reham the guest relations manager who helped us arranging the tours we needed and the transportation. Food at the restaurant was delicious!!

Obelisk Nile features an outdoor swimming pool, with a bar and plenty of loungers. There is also a fitness center and massage facilities. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room may not have been large and there were some imperfections, but it was clean, water was provided every day and the kettle was spotless. The view of the Nile was incredible. The coffee and the excellent restaurant had a fantastic view that compensated for any imperfections. If we go to Aswan again we will prefer it but this time in a room with a Nile view!
