We stayed for three days in this beautiful resort and it was great! The location of the resort is amazing, it's located on the opposite side of Aswan. We had a room with balcony and a beautiful view overlooking the Nile river in front of us, Aswan city to the left and the Aswan High Dam on the right. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is AC, a small fridge and water kettle. The staff spoke perfectly English and they were very very nice. They arranged a trip to Abu Simbel for us, and also a visit to the nearby Nubian village with many souvenir shops. Food was very nice and there is a lot to choose from: meat, fish, vegetables.. Also the coffee was good, which was not always the case during our Egypt vacation. The pool area was the perfect place to chill in the afternoon and evenings as most of the terrace was in the shade from the reception/restaurant building at that point. The location is a bit away from Aswan center, but if you prefer some quieter area, would definitely recommend. It is reachable by car (unpaved road partly), and the hotel offers free tuk-tuk to the nearby Nubian village and back.

We celebrated a special occassion and she gave us an amazing upgrade to a room overlooking the nile and made us "lucky guests of the day" which included afternoon tea for free + the egyptian restaurant gabe us a free cake and live music thanks to Mr Abdulaziz at the kebabgy restaurant! The history, the service, the view all was more than perfect! Thankyou for making Aswan one of our best memories!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and I was pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The service was excellent, the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and the food was outstanding throughout the entire cruise. I would like to sincerely thank all the crew members for their effort and hospitality. A special thanks to Abdullah, the Front Office Manager, for his professionalism and kindness, and Mr. Nasr Hashem, the Ship Manager, for running such a high-quality and well-organized cruise. Lake Nasser is truly one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, and I strongly believe it is a destination everyone should visit at least once. The Prince Abbas , Lake Nasser cruises is among the most beautiful cruises in the world, and I highly recommend this experience to everyone. When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.

The hotel is in a newly developed community, not in the city center， but only 3 kilometers away. Because it is a brand new hotel, everything is new. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It is extremely clean (I saw the staff kept sweeping and wiping the floor). Our room overlooks the beautiful Nile River right below. There is also a small swimming pool on the bottom floor and a balcony on the roof top (I saw lots of hanging washed bedsheets, towels,...). It would not be easy to find another hotel like this with this price). More importantly, the hotel manager Mina made us truly feel the hospitality and enthusiasm of the Egyptians. He ordered our dinner for us, he arranged taxis for us, and he called the Egyptian Railway Bureau for my lost wallet. Without him our Egypt trip to would never be perfect.
