The service was excellent, the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and the food was outstanding throughout the entire cruise. I would like to sincerely thank all the crew members for their effort and hospitality. A special thanks to Abdullah, the Front Office Manager, for his professionalism and kindness, and Mr. Nasr Hashem, the Ship Manager, for running such a high-quality and well-organized cruise. Lake Nasser is truly one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, and I strongly believe it is a destination everyone should visit at least once. The Prince Abbas , Lake Nasser cruises is among the most beautiful cruises in the world, and I highly recommend this experience to everyone. Bishoo gave us excellent recommendations for activities in and around Aswan as well as fantastic tips on where to eat. He truly took amazing care of us throughout our stay and was always helpful, kind, and attentive. The restaurant he recommended to us turned out to be the best we experienced during our entire trip – an absolute highlight! From the bottom of our hearts, we thank Bishoo for everything and wish him all the best for his future. He truly made our stay unforgettable.
