Felt like a private pool area. Staff were amazing. Myrna and Mariam went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. Wish we’d booked for longer.

The resort is located a bit far but easily reached by a free tuk tuk provided by the resort. Having said that it’s location has the most breathtaking views. The resort is very well maintained, beautifully built and complimented by it’s decor and vibrant colours. Breakfast and dinner was of good quality and we truly loved having dinner overlooking an incredible view. The pool is a plus to the resort and we happen to use it alot.Last but not least the staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you Abdull Sad,Tarak and all the rest whom we happen to meet while on our stay . Hoping to see you again someday.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and I was pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The service was excellent, the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and the food was outstanding throughout the entire cruise. I would like to sincerely thank all the crew members for their effort and hospitality. A special thanks to Abdullah, the Front Office Manager, for his professionalism and kindness, and Mr. Nasr Hashem, the Ship Manager, for running such a high-quality and well-organized cruise. Lake Nasser is truly one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, and I strongly believe it is a destination everyone should visit at least once. The Prince Abbas , Lake Nasser cruises is among the most beautiful cruises in the world, and I highly recommend this experience to everyone. Hopefully we will come back to Aswan and we know where to stay.

Everything about this stay was absolutely wonderful. Before check-in, I received a message via WhatsApp offering a complimentary room upgrade (perhaps because of my Genius Level 3 status). I happily accepted and was guided to the Basma Executive Club, which was fantastic. ​The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The view from my room was breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the Aswan cityscape and the beautiful scenery along the Nile. I was also delighted by the welcome drink, sweets, and fresh fruits were all delicious. With a full range of high-quality amenities, the room was incredibly comfortable.
