Very helpful/kind resepstionists, who made sure we got separate bed as we asked for, (this was not easy to find other places in Cairo). Even got a free upgrade with good view and welcome snacks/fruits. The rooms are very clean.

The staff were excellent and the outdoor spaces and pool areas were a lovely alternative to the busy Cairo city centre. Maadi is a nice local suburb of Cairo, with a safe and relaxed feel with plenty of shops and local restaurants only a couple of minutes walk.
