I loved the atmosphere, pools and the coziness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull! The breakfast is also amazing. I didn't try the dinner so cannot say anything about the dinner facilities. The bed was soft and rooms were clean. Loved the bad on the terrace and the sunrise in the morning.

Nou Baleares has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Palma de Mallorca. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Nou Baleares was great! There are tons of restaurants and cafes around the area. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and very quiet at night.

Completely surpassed our expectations. Our stay was perfect. From the pools, to breakfast, to the rooms. Everything is of the highest quality and the staff are just wonderful.

A month ago, I stayed at this hotel for the first time. A month later, I returned with my husband and my mother. This is the best place in Europe. The service is exceptional, the spa is outstanding, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The breakfasts are perfect. We had an early flight, and they prepared breakfast for us at 2:30 a.m. 😍 The staff are truly incredible.

I LIKED THE AMBIANCE, I LIKED HOW BEAUTIFUL THE ENVIRONMENT WAS AND THE FOOD WAS SUPPER AMAZING AND VERY YUMMY. AND THE STAFFS WERE SUPPER RECEPTIVE.

Located in Playa de Palma, Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace & Spa features a garden, a terrace, an outdoor pool and a spa centre. There is free WiFi throughout. The view from the balcony in the room was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke great English, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal with plenty of different options, the indoor/outdoor pool area was clean, the room was spotless, and a little extra bonus was having a bathtub for the kids. The walk to the beach was easy and hotel was close to many restaurants. Overall, we were impressed with everything and would highly recommend!

Set in Playa de Palma, Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and views of the sea. This modern hotel is 2 km from Aqualand El Arenal. Free WiFi is offered throughout. Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.
