Host was lovely and very welcoming, and super helpful at giving us advice on the area. Accommodation was cosy and beautifully decorated, everything you needed was there. Great location to stay, close to santa Claus village, town and supermarket. Jacuzzi and ice plunge was a fab optional extra, plus the host does all his own excursions so super easy to book anything. Absolutely amazing, can't wait to go back.

Very cosy cottage with nice fireplace and Sauna. The wifi was first not working but the host, who is vers kind btw, fixed it within 10min.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Levi Fell’s ski slopes, this hotel features Spa Water World which includes pools and saunas. It also has an indoor playing area for children, a gym and a day spa. Great hotel in the center of Levi. We got room upgrade for free. Room was new, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Spa was not included in room rate but the hotel offer very good price if you are leaving here. Spa also was very good. Would stay in this hotel again.

Located in the picturesque northern nature, Santasport Resort is located close to Ounasvaara Ski Resort and only 2 km from Rovaniemi city centre. We arrived at this place late in the night. There was no problem with the keys, instructions were clear how to get to the hotel and room. Parking is free. The room was big, fully equipped & silent. The breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately, we stayed here only 1 night, we left early in the morning therefore I can't give you more info about the possibilities the hotel offers but it looked like a perfect place for children. The staff was really nice.

My experience at Aito Igloo & Spa Resort was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and exceptional hospitality. I especially want to highlight Fermín, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. From the very first interaction, his kindness and professionalism stood out. He not only provided detailed information about the hotel and its services but also ensured that every one of my needs was met. Always available with a smile, he was ready to assist with any request, making me feel truly at home. The hotel’s facilities are breathtaking: the igloos are cozy, modern, and offer spectacular views. But what truly made this experience even more special was the spa. The spa domes are a true paradise for relaxation, and I want to give special thanks to the receptionist of Indian origin, whose name I don’t remember, but whose attentiveness and professionalism made every moment in the spa perfect. Her warm and caring nature made me feel truly looked after, adding a special touch to the experience. Every corner of the hotel is designed for relaxation and well-being, creating a perfect balance of luxury and nature. Without a doubt, I will return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical and rejuvenating getaway.
