Facilities were great. We prepared an evening meal in the communal kitchen. Florence was extremely helpful. We would stay again. Vichy was a lovely town. We wished we had allowed more time there.

It was located half way between Hendaye and our home in Switzerland. So it was a very good location for a stop-over. The communication with the owner/manager before our arrival was clear and prompt. Upon arrival, the welcome was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. We could park our car in the garage, which gives and extra feeling of safety. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The dinner in the evening was delicious. They have a good chef. Breakfast was good with home-baked bread and scrambled eggs. The village below the hotel is worth a visit with its old, beautiful houses. There was a park right outside the hotel where we could play with our dog. We could bring our dog for dinner and breakfast.

The location was perfect with a view of the main shopping street, yet it was very peaceful. There was everything we needed on our doorstep, choice of restaurants and bread shops open at 6.30am

Incredible views, amazing hospitality, room is clean and comfortable. Fantastic pool, friendly farm animals. We loved it here with our two kids and look forward to coming back!

The key box was perfect as this was a short stop over on a long distance drive- after arriving and seeing all the amenities- I wish we could have stayed longer - it had everything and was the perfect size for my family

Very comfortable stay with a friendly family making this old chateau a beautiful place. Perfect overnight stopping off point for our trans-France trip but plan to stay longer if you can.
