We were travelling further South and wanted a 2 night stop over to break up the trip. Really lovely lodge in a nice on a clean family estate. The lodge has everything you need, including outdoor games for the kids. The owners are super helpful, and replied to all my queries promptly. Access to the estate is via a automatic gate, so you need to go to the lodge to collect the digital key and then bring your car in. Inside the estate is a fab indoor/outdoor pool, and various other actives, basketball, tennis etc. The location is really handy for various towns and beaches within 15 minutes drive. There is a campsite across the road with a bakery and shop that you can use. The cabin is pet friendly, but super clean, so my son who has allergies had no issues. We were unable to find a dedicated web site for the estate, but you can a little more information by searching the name.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Le Nichoir is located in Les Essarts, 24 km from Vendée History Museum and 29 km from Vendespace.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Tastefully converted and comfortable accommodation, hosts that simply could not have done more to be helpful, lovely food, and delightful surroundings. One that you would make fit into your route somehow even if it meant quite a detour.

Everything was beyond expectations: the kindness and welcomeness of the hosts (Stefan and his lovely British-styled team), the location and landscapes are breathtaking!! The equipment of all facilities is also just over the top: all is done here to make you feel comfy and special (gowns for every guest, "feel at home" atmosphere...). And I can't find words to describe the nights at the pool. We absolutely loved it !

A recently renovated bed and breakfast in Saint-Cyr-en-Talmondais, Clos de la Court d'Aron offers outdoor fireplace, private parking and sports facilities.

Warm and friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast was wonderful, such a great selection of homemade bread and cakes. It was a privilege to stay in such a beautiful building.
