Este moderno hotel de 4 estrellas se encuentra en el centro de Birmingham y ofrece un lujoso spa de salud con pileta de 16 metros y un gimnasio con material Matrix. The location is great. The staff is great especially Mr. Mohamnad at the reception who was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention friendly. He was always trying to make us feel at home, and always helped with a cheerful attitude. Also, Ms. Kinza who was also friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, provided bottles of water every day, had a nice view, and excellent air conditioning. We had dinner at the restaurant i think ‘aura’ and it was amazing, were helped by Mathew, who was an excellent host, gracious , and friendly. Even offered me a cold and hot drinks to make up for a misunderstanding made by the kitchen about my meal order.
