Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Very nice breakfast, better than we expected. The pool is deep and long enough for a nice swim. Lots of plants on the property. Our room had a nice view over the city. Lots of places to work/chill in the shade outside

Host Nino was very kind and arranged us all the things required such as commute, food and utilities etc., Location is very peaceful BTW close to city center. My 2Y old kid and wife had pleasant stay. Nino arranged us for site seeing and intercity transport which really helped is to stick with our itinerary. Highly recommended for families

I was extremely satisfied with the hotel’s service. The airport pickup was perfectly on time, even though I arrived late at night, and I truly appreciated that. At the reception, I was welcomed with great kindness and hospitality, and they offered me a complimentary cheese platter with wine, a very warm and thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a very nice view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the driver, Goga, to Sofia (with the beautiful Greek name), to the lady responsible for housekeeping, and to the entire staff for their excellent hospitality and positive energy. I will definitely choose this hotel again!

We stayed in the house in spring. It was very calm and beautiful place with big garden and fireplace inside. 10-15 minutes to the city centre.

The guest house is very unique and Lia brings Georgian heart-warming hospitality! She does not speak English, but all of her family help out with translation on the phone. Thank you to Andrea and Simone. We were served delicious dinner with self-made wine and breakfast and they were very helpful of any questions we had. The interior and the second house they are building is extraordinary and is enough of a reason by itself to visit. The countryside is also beautiful. Neither of the pools were filled, but we were there quite late in the season. I definitely recommend a stay here and you should make a trip even if it is out of your way!
