As a seasoned business professional, I spent a full month in Accra, Ghana. My first 20 days were at the Kempinski and Marriott hotels, both excellent but costly for an extended stay, especially with laundry fees averaging $8–$9 per item. At my business partner’s suggestion, I explored a serviced apartment for the final 10 days to reduce expenses while maintaining comfort and functionality. This led me to The Diamond in the City, and it proved to be an excellent decision. While the start with Eric was not ideal, his professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service quickly turned the experience around. No matter the time, he consistently showed up within 20 minutes to resolve any issue without hesitation, which made a significant difference to my stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and very well maintained. The property itself offers impressive amenities, including a large fitness center (easily twice the size of Marriott’s), an on-site restaurant, pharmacy, grocery store, and 24/7 security. I genuinely wish I had known earlier just how safe and convenient the property is. Overall, my stay was very positive, and on my next visit to Accra, I plan to spend my entire time at The Diamond in the City, largely due to Eric’s exceptional, around-the-clock customer service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I, spent one week here. The accommodation was very clean and well located to the city center, easily accessible by uber taxi, we reached everywhere quickly. Very good enviroment and a good price-performance had a swimming pool, Gym and restaurant. The apartment was very well equipped and the internet was very strongAngelina our host was a good girl and helped us with anything was asked for, she helped us with anything we ask for even getting the yellow fever vaccine………
