Rooms are always clean, I’ve had stuff in the room never had any problem with the cleaning staff always smiling and willing to assist, extremely helpful. I’ve used many other hosts in the past 99% of the time if bookings are available with Accra luxury apartment I would take it without a doubt. I must mention Akpene her customer service is exceptional absolutely amazing. If I’ve ever had an issue Accra luxury apartments customer service line are very helpful. Would pay that little extra to stay with this host been using them for 2 years now highly recommended

Signature Apartment at The Bantree está establecido en Accra, a 7.9 km de Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park y a 8.7 km de Independence Arch. The property was brand new and absolutely spotless clean. All decor and furniture were minimal shades of white and that was so classy and perfect. It was also fragrantly scented. Towels were clean and bathroom was spotless white. Water Heater works , Aircondition works and Every staff in the facility was helpful and polite. It was also in the center of accra , just close to the airport and close to all the nearby restaurants. And oh , that pool downstairs is a must visit . Felt like Bali all over again.

Very clean and well-equipped apartment, decorated nicely to make it feel comfortable and like home. Communication with hosts was rapid, fluid, very pleasant and thorough. Reception of keys was as agreed upon, and so was handing over. We didnt phone our caretaker, because we found everything we needed. Still, he phoned at regular intervals to check up on us. Loved every bit of the stay and the available amenities. Would definitely recommend and do it again

Everything was clean and sparkly, hosts were nice and helpful during check in as I came very late at night, encountered a technical glitch with our booking but stayed calm and helped negotiate with a huge discount as the place was a 2bedroom. Please book them especially for long stays, felt right at home

Con Independence Arch a sólo 3.4 km, Casa Bianca, OSU, Premium Luxury, Breakfast, Pool & Gym, Restaurant, Beach 5mins, Airport 15mins tiene hospedaje, restaurante, una alberca al aire libre, un... I would have given this place a perfect 10/10, if not for the last day. I stayed in this aparthotel for 6 nights. I extended my original 2-night stay, which I had booked online, for 4 more nights directly with the facility. Part of the deal was the inclusion of breakfast; however upon check out, I was charged for 3 breakfasts that I had. I provided clear evidence to the manager, Jacob, to do the right thing, but he chose to charge me anyway. He blamed it on their internal "miscommunication", which he should have taken responsibility for. Other than that, this place is a true gem, a fabulous oasis - from the excellent customer service of the friendly and professional staff to the exceptional cleanliness of the facilities to the contemporary decor to the boutique-vibing coziness to the central location. Kudos to the owners!
