Right from airport pick up to my entire stay. Rooms are always clean, I’ve had stuff in the room never had any problem with the cleaning staff always smiling and willing to assist, extremely helpful. I’ve used many other hosts in the past 99% of the time if bookings are available with Accra luxury apartment I would take it without a doubt. Very clean and well-equipped apartment, decorated nicely to make it feel comfortable and like home. Communication with hosts was rapid, fluid, very pleasant and thorough. Reception of keys was as agreed upon, and so was handing over. We didnt phone our caretaker, because we found everything we needed. Still, he phoned at regular intervals to check up on us. Loved every bit of the stay and the available amenities. Would definitely recommend and do it again

I would have given this place a perfect 10/10, if not for the last day. I stayed in this aparthotel for 6 nights. I extended my original 2-night stay, which I had booked online, for 4 more nights directly with the facility. Part of the deal was the inclusion of breakfast; however upon check out, I was charged for 3 breakfasts that I had. I provided clear evidence to the manager, Jacob, to do the right thing, but he chose to charge me anyway. He blamed it on their internal "miscommunication", which he should have taken responsibility for. Other than that, this place is a true gem, a fabulous oasis - from the excellent customer service of the friendly and professional staff to the exceptional cleanliness of the facilities to the contemporary decor to the boutique-vibing coziness to the central location. Kudos to the owners!
