Everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food at the restaurants was very good. The spa was professional and relaxing. The atmosphere is catered towards relaxation and it thoroughly delivers. Overall I had an excellent stay and will definitely return next summer.

The pool is very nice, you are able to swim and is never crowded. The atmosphere around the pool is also nice, chill music and chairs to relax. The breakfast was amazing, the chef welcomed us and explained the whole menu, it's a mix of classic breakfast with greek food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Gym is also nice and well equipped. We always had a parking spot right outside the hotel on the street, it's not very crowded. It pretty much exceeded our expectations from a 3 star hotel, they should definitely get 4 stars.

This is an exceptional hotel within walking distance to the old town (10 minutes), beach front located, with a very nice swimming pool area. My room was on the 9th floor with a stunning view to the sea and to the Fortress and access to another small swimming pool located on the 8th floor. The position of the hotel is allowing you to see the sunrise as well as the sunset, which is really fantastic. The room was modern, spotless, with daily cleaning, the bed was comfy and the internet worked very well. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choices and a very good expresso. The staff was very friendly and professional and Mr. Stelios was always there to provide support, to make sure everybody is enjoying the stay and having a great experience not only in the premises of the hotel, but in Rethymno and in Crete. Many thanks for your hospitality and for making my stay very enjoyable!
