There are so many things about this hotel that are exceptional, but first and most of all are the people who work there. Such kindness, patience and catering is deserving of more than a 10. And this grade is because of them. Especially I would like to mention Liana who has done everything and beyond to make it a great stay for us. Furthermore, this hotel's location is perfect if you want to have a great relaxing get-away vacation. It connects straight onto a beach and is a short taxi ride to Rethymno core town, or you can have a 30minute stroll down the strand (all the way along the beach). As we expected from Greek cuisine, the food was fantastic, but what made it better was all the options we had during breakfast and dinner time - ranging from savory, both for meat lovers and vegans to sweet (those strawberry tarts were insanely good) a lot of variation every day. We were there for 10 days and never got bored with the food (actually gained some nice sea-vacation weight :D ) The hotel has a modern design, which might for some things be limiting, but it s nothing that the hotel's staff cannot take care for you, so you can have the best holiday stay! The catering is professional and amazing, from the hotel area to the double pool area and straight down to the beach. You can lie down comfortably in sunbeds, get your cocktails served directly to you and enjoy the sun and seaairwithout moving a finger, and have your perfectly deserved lazy vacation. Speaking of Sun, Rhetymno must have some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world - don't miss out on sitting at the beach in the evening, with a glass of vine at your side and enjoy the sun setting in. Even though the hotel itself is some way from both of the airports - hotel can organize a pick up/drop off ride for you or it is easy as well to book a taxi online with many respectible services.

Everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food at the restaurants was very good. The spa was professional and relaxing. The atmosphere is catered towards relaxation and it thoroughly delivers. Overall I had an excellent stay and will definitely return next summer.

The pool is very nice, you are able to swim and is never crowded. The atmosphere around the pool is also nice, chill music and chairs to relax. The breakfast was amazing, the chef welcomed us and explained the whole menu, it's a mix of classic breakfast with greek food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Gym is also nice and well equipped. We always had a parking spot right outside the hotel on the street, it's not very crowded. It pretty much exceeded our expectations from a 3 star hotel, they should definitely get 4 stars.
