We stayed there for a week in November with a friend and the hotel exceeded all expectations. It’s brand new, beautifully designed and spotless. Upon arrival, Venetia warmly welcomed us, helped us plan our activities, recommended places to visit and even arranged a car rental meeting. She was truly exceptional, friendly, helpful and attentive. If you’re visiting Limnos, this is without a doubt the place to stay.

The villa was immaculate, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need – the attention to detail was fantastic! The location was ideal for a relaxing getaway, perfectly quiet and peaceful, yet still close enough to the beach and nearby villages. We enjoyed the serene views from our balcony – the swimming pool was a highlight, we stayed in there for hours in the afternoon. Communication with the host was seamless and easy – they were responsive and accommodating from start to finish. The free bikes were a great touch, allowing us to explore the area. 10/10 would recommend.

This is truly a unique combination of luxurious property with the feeling/ care of a family owned business. The property is fantastic, very well planned and maintained, and our apartment was super comfortable. At the same time, this is a family owned business and everyone made us feel super welcome and went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible (from the care with the late check-in, every gluten-free product they prepared for my wife's breakfast knowing she is celiac, the flexibility with check-out time given our two young children / evening flight, and all the warmth and sympathy making us feel welcome and looked after in every step of the journey!

Nice view from balcony. Silent and clean room and surrounding. Tasty and fresh breakfest. Pleasent and helpful owners and stuff. Place for parking. I recommend this acommodation with all fingers. Limnos is beautifull island. Thank you for stay
