The location is perfect to relax with a mountain view. The hotel is so beautiful. The stuff are very nice. There is the agent for car rental as well so it's so convenient. Breakfast is also very good!!

What isn't to like about mitsis selection Alila, as you enter you are greeted with smiles and passion this hotel far exceeded our expectations, after spending 2.5 weeks in Italy and dealing with below average service the team at mitsis showcased just what 5 star accommodation and service looks like. When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. Destaco la tranquilidad, las hermosas vistas, la limpieza en general y todo lo verde que rodea el lugar. También me encantó el detalle por mi cumpleaños: recibir una nota de felicitación y una mini torta, un gesto muy especial que el equipo del hotel preparó gracias a la solicitud de mi pareja. Fue un bonito detalle que hizo mi estadía aún más memorable. Por lo demás haré un video recomendando este hermoso lugar.

A flawless 10/10 experience! Our stay was nothing short of incredible. There’s something about this hotel that made my husband and I feel completely safe and at ease. It struck the perfect balance of being both welcoming and private. The entire property was spotless and so serene. We especially loved the hot tub—having our own space made it even more enjoyable. We were so impressed that we ended up booking a second stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the private beach was stunning. The location is ideal—close to the airport, fine dining, and great shopping. I wholeheartedly recommend this place in every way. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect. The service is outstanding – truly the best I have ever experienced at any hotel. It feels like being at a six-star hotel, where the staff is fully dedicated to making sure you have the best possible stay. Whatever you ask for is delivered, and nothing is ever a problem for them – they find a solution to everything. They even offer shuttle buses that take you to and from the city, which makes everything so convenient. The hotel itself is large, very clean, and well-maintained. There is a lot of staff everywhere, always available, friendly, and ready to help with anything. The food is delicious, and the entire experience makes you feel truly cared for. We honestly don’t know who to thank, because everyone contributed to making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms Concept Hotel. The facilities are wonderful, we stayed in one of the new suites with a private pool and it was amazing. The room was so spacious and modern and the view from the room amazing. The decor of the hotel is very modern and clean, it’s clear a lot of effort has gone in and continues going into making it high level. All of the staff were very helpful especially Irene. It’s a 15 minute walk to Anthony Quinn Bay and Ladiko Beach and 25 minutes walking into the centre of Faliraki or just five minutes by car. Next door there is a lovely restaurant called Pavo just a few minutes walking. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful with great views of the sea but also close enough that restaurants, beaches and activities are very easy to get to, a great mix. If we returned to Rhodes we would stay again.
