The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the facilities (swimming pool, restaurant area) are very nice, the menu of the restaurant is small/selective but that is a good thing since every dish is excellent and last but not least the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to relax.

The Villa is run by a lovely Greek family. Maria and Manolis are amazing hosts and really good people. They genuinely care about their guests. We arrived before the season started, in the middle of April, and stayed for two weeks. We were actually the first guests of the season, and they treated us exceptionally! Our room was spacious, newly refurbished, and nicely decorated. When we arrived, there was some Samos wine waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. Later on, Manolis even shared some of his homemade wine with us – it was delicious! Plus, he gave us the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted (and I’m a big fan of Greek olive oil!). The view from our room was fantastic – we could see straight out to the ocean, and from the balcony and other windows, we had a great view of the mountains, including the highest one, Kerkis. The room was kept clean, and you could really tell that the owners take pride in what they do. This was our second time visiting Samos. Normally, I don’t go back to places, but there’s something uniquely charming about Samos. It’s not overcrowded, there aren’t any big hotel chains, and it really feels like a genuine Greek getaway. We picked this location because it's close to some beautiful sandy beaches, including one just steps away from the villa. Additionally, there are lots of hiking trails in the mountains and local roads around here. Getting there from the airport was easy. I recommend renting a car from Manolis A.R.MA Samos Rent a Car and picking it up at the airport. I'm already planning my return trip to explore the southern shore of the island and stay again in the Villa!

This in our view is the best hotel on Samos. A lovely elevated view across to Kokari. A perfect room with private balcony. A great bathroom with everything provided. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. A lovely pool area and good bar snacks and drinks available all day. A very well run hotel with great and friendly staff. Brilliant location with wonderful breakfast views, private secluded beach and exceptional pool /pool area. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Buggies always available for the climb back up from beach though not often needed. Highly recommended.

Anastasia Apartments was exceptional! We had a lovely stay. The studios are spacious located in an a very nice garden with a great pool only 5 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The best part of our stay was the welcoming and friendly owners. Ounoufrios, Anastasia and Angela have been so welcoming and helpful! We hope to return soon to the apartments and visit them again!
