From the first moment it was like walking into a paradise. The staff was super welcoming and attentive, and arriving there with our pet we were curious how he would be treated. This place is the true definition of pet friendly, with everything prepared for him as much as it was for us. The facilities are super clean, the rooms have just about anything you would need. We had an issue with hot water the night we arrived, and despite how late it was, the technician resolved the issue in no time. It would be hard to consider anywhere else but here for a stay on this lovely island.

They were kind, attentive to all our needs, and helped us find our way around. The hotel has a spa like feel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean; with ocean views that are second to none! Up on the hill, this hotel is far enough from town to be a quiet sanctuary, but also within walking distance from amazing restaurants and shopping.

The receptionists were adding the little extra to our stay, we could not be more happy. Our room was a suite and it was very clean, big outside area to chill in the evenings - could not ask for more in any way. When the receptionist Francesca was aware we were on our honeymoon, we got an extra surprise when arriving too our room the following afternoon. Both of the Francesca`s in the reception were fantastic: outgoing, service minded, sincere and funny! As it was our honeymoon we were looking for a small, relaxed place to chill. This was the perfect spot: everything close and charming restaurants in the area by the port. Always available sunbeds wich can be a challenge in other hotels. No need to stress in the morning. The spa service was also a big plus. Also possible to go to a bigger beach just 3 km away, and a little hike to a charming church located on the top of the hill from the hotel was definitely worth it. We wish to come back to this little paradise place soon.

The welcome was very nice and the studio was comfortable and charming. The location was excellent for exploring the beautiful island of Samos.

We arrived by ferry from Piraeus and the hotel is a five-minute walk from the port. The room with ocean views were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Hotel staffs are all lovely. We had breakfast at Samian Mare, a minute's walk from Erato. The breakfast variety is excellent.
