The Villa is run by a lovely Greek family. Maria and Manolis are amazing hosts and really good people. They genuinely care about their guests. We arrived before the season started, in the middle of April, and stayed for two weeks. We were actually the first guests of the season, and they treated us exceptionally! Our room was spacious, newly refurbished, and nicely decorated. When we arrived, there was some Samos wine waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. Later on, Manolis even shared some of his homemade wine with us – it was delicious! Plus, he gave us the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted (and I’m a big fan of Greek olive oil!). The view from our room was fantastic – we could see straight out to the ocean, and from the balcony and other windows, we had a great view of the mountains, including the highest one, Kerkis. The room was kept clean, and you could really tell that the owners take pride in what they do. This was our second time visiting Samos. Normally, I don’t go back to places, but there’s something uniquely charming about Samos. It’s not overcrowded, there aren’t any big hotel chains, and it really feels like a genuine Greek getaway. We picked this location because it's close to some beautiful sandy beaches, including one just steps away from the villa. Additionally, there are lots of hiking trails in the mountains and local roads around here. Getting there from the airport was easy. I recommend renting a car from Manolis A.R.MA Samos Rent a Car and picking it up at the airport. I'm already planning my return trip to explore the southern shore of the island and stay again in the Villa!

Great hotel run by a great and very friendly family. Also a great pool with clean water with a good temperature and more than enough sunbeds available. The pool bar was very pleasant and has good snacks and beverages. In the evening even cocktails were available. Extremely kind staff was always ready to help with anything you asked.

The breakfast was superb! Fresh, local products and homemade delicacies, local cheeses, butter, marmelades, etc.. We were always offered a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice from local farms. Mrs. Foteini who was in charge of the breakfast was always charming and very willing to provide information and tips on sites to visit; practically, a personalized trip advisor. The breakfast venue was always clean and fresh, with a nice view of the sea. Mr. Panayiotis, the owner, added insightful conversation and good mood. The hotel is perfectly managed by Mrs. Nancy, who has added her artistic point of view and good taste, which is reflected in the absolutely flawless operation of the hotel. Always polite and friendly, the hotel owners made us feel at home from the very first day. The island of Samos is a quite big island, with numerous places to visit and superb beaches. As it requires time to spend, it is very important to stay at a place that makes you comfortable. Although the hotel is situated at Vathy (on the eastern part of the island), it is very close (2 min driving) to the peripheral road that brings you to all the main arteries that lead to the island villages. One more advantage is that the hotel has its own parking place. All in all, the hotel is a true gem for people seeking functionality, cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness and politeness. We will definitely choose this place to stay again, whenever our vacation plans lead us to Samos.

The property was big and comfortable, also very clean. Sofa bed was also comfortable. It has a great view and close to all attractions. Drive was 10-20min to everywhere. There is a nice pool area. Also very clean. The owner was very nice. He showed us all the house and made recommendations regarding attractions and restaurants. Also very helpful with early checkin and late checkout.
