The communication with the property was very efficient and friendly right before we arrived. The location is great and accesibile, 10min away from the port and the town center, surrended by silence day and night. The view is breathtaking. The room was beautiful and big, with a nice balcony and it was cleaned every day. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. They have pool and sunbeds where you can relax during the day. The host and all people working in the hotel were nice, friendly and welcoming. Thanks for having us!

Perhaps the best place to relax in Skiathos. About two minutes from the center and the old port. An incredible villa with all the amenities, without any complaints. Manolis is very accommodating, always ready to help. I recommend 100%!!!

From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a dreamy and relaxed atmosphere that transported me to a world of tranquility and serenity. As a satisfied tourist, I cannot help but gush about the delightful experience I had at this family-run hotel. Perched on a gentle hill, Takis's Studio offers a truly picturesque setting that feels like something out of a fairytale. The views are simply magnificent, with the azure waters of the Aegean Sea stretching out before you, and the breathtaking airport runway creating a unique spectacle. It's a sight that is both awe-inspiring and surprisingly peaceful. The warm and welcoming nature of the owners, who personally attend to every guest's needs, adds an extra layer of charm to this already enchanting place. Whether it was requesting fresh towels or enjoying a steaming cup of Greek coffee, their attentiveness and promptness were unparalleled. They even arranged for a scooter rental, which was effortlessly delivered to the location, allowing me to explore the island at my own leisurely pace. Stepping into the olive tree garden that surrounds the hotel, I was greeted by a symphony of fragrances and colors. The meticulously maintained flowers and plants painted a vibrant canvas that made every stroll through the garden a sensory delight. And when the midday sun became too warm, the refreshing respite of the perfectly clean pool beckoned, inviting me to cool off and unwind. Each studio in Takis's Studio exudes an inviting ambiance, with tasteful decor that blends modern comfort with traditional Greek charm. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy sanctuary that feels like a home away from home. From the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchenettes, every detail is taken care of, ensuring a truly relaxing stay.

Skiathos is awesome, small, very lush, with plenty of excellent beaches, very friendly locals and impressive cuisine (sometimes unfortunately toned down a bit to meet the taste of the tourists; look for places a bit off the main throughfares). The only issue is that it gets very crowded and there are a lot of obnoxious and loud British, who seem to think that they own the place. Visiting the Monastery of Evangelistria is a must (the aforementioned British are excused from this). Local honey and wine are exquisite (for the latter, refer to the wine list in the restaurant). The hotel is very close to Koukounaries Beach (5 mins walk, downhill - uphill on the way back...), which is beautiful, but quite noisy and crowded, especially in the early afternoon, when the water taxis bring in hordes of tourists from the city. Banana Beach is supposed to be very nice, but has all but been taken over by the nearby luxury hotel, could not find a way there. Best bet is to rent a car and visit the genuinely awesome secluded beaches on the western/northern shore, accessible via a dirt road (watch out for people, who do have a quad, but not common sense). Note that there are only a few understocked and overpriced shops and small choice of restaurants in the area. For shopping groceries, rent a car and head to one of the Sklavenitis shops (biggest one is next to the airport). The hotel itself comprises of several small buildings scattered around in a beautifully kept garden, rooms are nice and spacious. The swimming pool is quite small, but there is no reason why anyone would spend any time there with all the awesome beaches around. The staff are very professional, helpful and kind. As regards breakfast: this is one of the rare cases when "excellent" is right on point.

Owners were amazing ,so friendly and helpful always giving fresh towels, bedding,suppys shower gel, shampoo ,washing up liquid, tea,coffee,sugar, tea towels,hand wash, and enough water for your first day 😀 highly recommend and within 5 minutes walk to main town and port

Great stay, more than we expected. The place is spotless clean. Everything looked brand new. The owner waited for us at the airport and we arrived very quickly. The pool was also very well maintained

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this wonderfully equipped villa. Nestled in the hillside amongst the forest, the views were incredible and we had some lovely walks - including up to the local winery. The hosts were the most thoughtful people we have ever stayed with. Everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The best in Skiathos, perfect for family or a romantic getaway. This hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with great amenities. Everyone from the staff is so kind, they make the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Special thanks to Eleni at the reception, she was fantastic and very professional! She answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome.
