The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The check in process was very smooth and I was able to check in at 12:30h. The WiFi works throughout all areas of the hotel including the beach. The pool area is chill and clean and perfect for those looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway. They make up the room daily while you are enjoying the delicious breakfast selection. You get free 10min massage on the first three days of arrival. There’s complimentary coffee, wine and water bottle in the room. Gym is well equipped. At checkout the staff gives you a very nice gift to remember zakynthos. If you stay here you won’t regret!
