Amazing stay at the heart of Jakarta. Living up to its prestigious name. Loved the smooth check in, the entire room (except for the default pillow that was too soft for me that I ended up having bad neck pain for the last one week after the stay). But the breakfast menu — splendid. Facilities including swimming pool, running track and gym as well as outdoor jacuzzi were excellent. Staff were friendly, thank you very much Raffles.

All facilities work well, staffs are wholeheartedly friendly and kind, the room is spacious and clean..really love this hotel.. Swimming pool is amazing with artificial waterfall.. Location is great..less than 10mins drive away from famous Malioboro (cost only around 20k IDR by grabcar).. The fridge in the room is really working, that the freezer can actually freeze my blue ice..

Breakfast and dinner buffet with huge variety of food and good quality. Room very quiet. No noise from cars or room service. Thick carpets and good windows help for noise-cancelling. Room service staff polished my shoes and gave me listerine. Restaurant staff is very friendly and they remembered my name the other days although there are many guests. Good gym for a hotel and sauna and cold pool and hot jaccuzzi too. Outdoor swimming pool is nice too.

A diverse breakfast buffet, offering both Indonesian and international dishes. Friendly and polite staff members. Located in a good sized shopping mall.

Spacious room, decent breakfast spread, plenty of activities for children (swimming pool with a waterslide, outdoor and indoor playgrounds, lobby playground, plus a Hugo City playground at IDR 150,000/child + companions). Staff are all very friendly and always make sure our stay is enjoyable. Hotel is old but well taken care of.
