The restaurant next to swimming pool. Late check in Beds. Shower.

Ibis Malang was better than other Ibis hotels I've stayed in. Room was clean, beds were comfy, hot water in the shower, cold and hot (kettle in room) drinking water provided. They also focus on sustainability. Staff was great. WiFi worked really well. I'd consider staying here if I drop by malang again!

Absolutely everything. It is just like oasis in the middle of the city. Really nice and peaceful place. Lots of plants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The decoration is refined. The rooms are spotless, cozy and comfortable. The service is excellent. I left an item of clothing which was readied for collection on the same day. The breakfast staff go out of their way to please clients and all done with a smile. The massage therapist was also very good.

The hotel is well maintain and clean. The breakfast has a good spread.

The room is spacious, the location is close to everywhere and the staff are all very friendly. thank you very much this is from Room 216

Everything perfect from location, staff and cleanliness

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and diner were very good. Good location to visit Bromo or Tumpak Sewu waterfall.

Pleasant hotel close to the centre of Malang, on a busy main road. Staff super-friendly and helpful. Twin room was OK - nothing special - but clean and comfortable. 'Bathroom' comprised an open shower and toilet, and the wash basin was outside the door in a small alcove. Very comfortable and clean beds. Little disturbance from the traffic outside.

I didn't know why this hotel received just a very average rating, but I'd say it exceeded my expectations. My room is pretty large, the facilities are fine and clean, plus the location very close to Alun-Alun Malang. The staffs were helpful when I told them the door lock issue. Highly recommend to visit the nearby Lapidoth Cafe as well.

The location is the best in town.We use to come very often. The Staff very helpfull. breakfast was fantastic as always. The amenities also great. We had free parking. We can use printer in business desk, thanks !

Location, staff, room, facilities, all great! I'll be back for sure!
